These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ingenubuild.com (the “Site”), operated by Ingenubuild LLC (“IngenuBuild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a residential roofing and exterior restoration company based in Grand Junction, Colorado. You may use the Site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to:

Information on the Site
The information on the Site is general information about our company and services. It is not professional, legal, or insurance advice for your specific situation. Photos show past work and are examples only. The services we offer, and the areas we serve, can change without notice.
Estimates Are Not Contracts
Any estimate, quote, inspection report, price, or schedule we give you, whether through the Site, by phone, by text, by email, or in person, is not a contract and does not obligate you or us. Work begins only under a signed written contract. That contract sets the scope of work, price, payment terms, schedule, and warranty, and it controls if anything on the Site says otherwise.
Insurance Claims
We are not your insurance company, and we do not act as your public adjuster or your attorney. We do not promise or guarantee any claim outcome, approval, payment amount, or timeline.
Note: Ingenubuild documents damage and helps coordinate your claim. We do not waive, rebate, or absorb insurance deductibles, which is prohibited under Colorado law. Your insurer determines coverage.
Warranties
Every roofing and siding job we install is covered by our workmanship warranty, and the products we install are covered by their manufacturers’ limited warranties. The full written warranty terms are provided with your contract, and those written terms control. Manufacturer warranties are set by each manufacturer, not by us.
Nothing on the Site creates a warranty beyond those written terms.
Financing
Financing is offered by two third-party lenders, Improvify and Hearth, not by IngenuBuild. Applications, approval, rates, and terms are decided by the lender and governed by the lender’s own agreements.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from IngenuBuild, we may text you about your request, including appointment scheduling, estimates, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Our Content
The Site and its content, including text, photos, graphics, and logos, belong to Ingenubuild LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, change, or reuse them without our written permission.
Links to Other Websites
The Site links to websites we don’t control, such as our Google Business Profile. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors or viruses.
