We work on the whole outside of the house, so one visit can cover all three. On roofs, GAF is the shingle we use most. Most of the siding we put up is James Hardie fiber cement, including ColorPlus boards that arrive already painted. When the gutters need replacing, we put up seamless gutters and new downspouts. Handling all three together means one inspection and one estimate for the whole exterior.
Every Side of the House, Documented
After a storm, we photograph the roof and then walk every wall of the house, so damage to the siding and gutters goes on record next to the roof. If you decide to file a claim, we walk you through it and go over the whole exterior with your adjuster on site.

A Clean Site at the End
When the work is done, the crew cleans up the tear-off debris completely, so your yard looks the way it did before we arrived. A final inspection follows, and the job is closed out only after it passes.

Can you waive or cover my insurance deductible?
No. Waiving, rebating, or absorbing an insurance deductible is prohibited under Colorado law. Any contractor who offers it is breaking the law and putting your claim at risk. We document the damage and help coordinate your claim; your insurer determines coverage.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured on every job and hold a contractor license (Lic. #20264130). Colorado doesn’t issue a statewide roofing license; roofing contractors are licensed or permitted locally, and the rules vary by city and county. We’re happy to show you our license and proof of insurance on request. Ask any roofer for both before you sign.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every roofing and siding job we install carries our 10-year workmanship warranty.
What roofing and siding materials do you install?
Most of our roofs use GAF shingles, and we also install metal and concrete tile. For siding, we mostly install James Hardie fiber cement, including ColorPlus finishes.
Do you roof new construction?
Yes. We roof new residential builds, from townhome rows to custom homes, with the same manufacturer-spec install we use on every roof.
What happens after I call?
We set up a time to inspect your home. We measure, take photos, and tell you what we found. Depending on the job, you get a quote on the spot or a written estimate shortly after. Once you approve it, we schedule the work and keep you updated until it’s done.
