What a Proper Install Looks Like

A roof is a full system, from the deck up. We install every part of it to the manufacturer’s spec: synthetic underlayment, correct ventilation, and flashing at every wall, valley, and penetration. That is what keeps water out and keeps the warranty valid.

Most of the roofs we install use GAF shingles. We also install metal and concrete tile, and we restore cedar shake roofs that have failed.

Built for Western Slope Weather

Western Slope and mountain weather is hard on a roof. Summer hail can bruise and crack shingles, strong wind can lift and tear them, and the high-altitude sun ages roofing materials year after year. In the mountain towns, snow and meltwater add their own load. The parts that handle that weather sit under the shingles, where you can’t see them once the job is done, so we photograph them as we go.

It Starts With a Free Inspection

Every roofing job starts with a free inspection. We measure the roof and photograph what we find, from the shingles and flashing to the vents and gutters. Then we show you the photos and tell you what the roof needs. Depending on the job, you get a quote on the spot or a written estimate shortly after, with no pressure to move forward.

How It Works

The Insurance Claim Process, Step by Step

A storm claim shouldn't be confusing. We walk you through every step so the legitimate damage is documented and the job gets done right.

Free Inspection

We document your roof and exterior with photos and a detailed damage assessment. No cost, no pressure.

Claim Guidance

If there's storm damage, we walk you through filing with your insurance and meet your adjuster on site.

Scope & Approval

We make sure the full scope of damage is documented correctly so nothing legitimate gets missed.

Quality Build

Our crew installs to manufacturer spec, cleans up completely, and stands behind the workmanship.

Note: Ingenubuild documents damage and helps coordinate your claim. We do not waive, rebate, or absorb insurance deductibles, which is prohibited under Colorado law. Your insurer determines coverage.
