Siding That Stands Up to Colorado Sun and Hail

Walls That Keep the Weather Out
Fiber Cement Built for the Western Slope
Siding is regular work for us, right alongside roofing. Most of the siding we install is James Hardie fiber cement, a cement-based board. We put it up on a single storm-damaged wall or across the whole house, and it goes on to James Hardie’s specifications either way.
Repair or Replace?
Some siding problems come down to a few damaged boards. Others run deeper: moisture behind the siding, soft spots, or boards that keep pulling loose. The free inspection shows which one you have. If a handful of boards can be replaced, we’ll price that. If the wall behind them has taken on water, you’ll see the photos that show it, and we’ll talk through a full replacement.
When a Storm Hits the Walls
Hail that comes in sideways on the wind can crack, chip, or dent siding, usually on the side of the house that faced the storm. When that happens, the siding goes into the same inspection as the roof. If you file an insurance claim, we document the wall damage with photos and meet your adjuster on site, so the siding is part of the record from the start.
Note: Ingenubuild documents damage and helps coordinate your claim. We do not waive, rebate, or absorb insurance deductibles, which is prohibited under Colorado law. Your insurer determines coverage.
What Happens During the Install
When the work starts, an assigned crew takes the damaged or worn siding off first. Before anything new goes up, we look at what’s underneath, because moisture behind old siding is easy to miss from the outside. The new boards go on to the manufacturer’s spec, and when the last one is up, the crew cleans up completely.
Covered in Writing
Siding gets the same 10-year workmanship warranty we give on roofs. It covers our installation.

Siding Project Questions
What roofing and siding materials do you install?
Most of our roofs use GAF shingles, and we also install metal and concrete tile. For siding, we mostly install James Hardie fiber cement, including ColorPlus finishes.
Can you replace a few boards instead of all the siding?
Yes, if the damage is limited to a few boards on a sound wall. If water has gotten behind the boards, the problem runs deeper. The free inspection shows which of the two you have, and if the wall has taken on water, we show you the photos and talk through a full replacement.
What happens after I call?
We set up a time to inspect your home. We measure, take photos, and tell you what we found. Depending on the job, you get a quote on the spot or a written estimate shortly after. Once you approve it, we schedule the work and keep you updated until it’s done.
How much does an inspection cost?
Nothing. You get photos and a detailed damage assessment at no cost and with no pressure to move forward.
