Grand Junction Roofing & Storm Restoration

Your Roofer, Based in Grand Junction
Here Before the Storm, Here After It
Grand Junction is home base. When hail or wind rolls through the valley, out-of-state crews show up with door hangers and leave when the checks clear. We live and work here, and we answer the phone long after the storm.
Grand Valley Weather and Your Roof
Grand Valley weather is hard on a roof. Summer thunderstorms can bring hail and strong wind across the valley in minutes, and the high desert sun ages shingles, sealants, and siding year after year. Damage from a single storm isn’t always visible from the street. Bruised shingles, cracked vent covers, and dented flashing are easy to miss until a leak shows up months later.
What to Check After a Storm
After a storm, check what you can from the ground: dents in gutters, downspouts, and metal vents; shingles or pieces of shingle in the yard; granules collecting at the bottom of downspouts; and new stains on ceilings inside. Then call us for a free inspection. We get on the roof, photograph what we find, and tell you what we found.
Help With Your Insurance Claim
If there’s storm damage, we walk you through filing your claim, meet your adjuster on site, and point out the damage we documented, so nothing legitimate gets missed.
Note: Ingenubuild documents damage and helps coordinate your claim. We do not waive, rebate, or absorb insurance deductibles, which is prohibited under Colorado law. Your insurer determines coverage.
How We Build Your Roof
Once the work is approved, an assigned crew installs your roof to the manufacturer’s spec, with synthetic underlayment, correct ventilation, and flashing at every wall, valley, and penetration. The work is photographed as it goes, the crew cleans up completely before we leave, and the job goes through a final inspection before we close it out.

Common Questions
Will you meet with my insurance adjuster?
Yes. We document the full scope of storm damage with photos, walk you through filing your claim, and meet your adjuster on site so nothing legitimate gets missed. Your insurer determines coverage.
How much does an inspection cost?
Nothing. You get photos and a detailed damage assessment at no cost and with no pressure to move forward.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Grand Junction and serve the Western Slope, including Fruita, Clifton, Palisade, Montrose, Delta, Rifle, Glade Park, and Meeker, plus the mountain towns of Idaho Springs, Georgetown, and Evergreen. Not sure if you’re in range? Call us at (970) 649-6469.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing through Improvify and Hearth. Ask about your options during your free inspection.
How fast do you respond after a storm?
Within 24 hours. Storm response runs 24/7, so if hail or wind has opened your roof, call and we can get a tarp on it and document the damage for your claim.
Can you waive or cover my insurance deductible?
No. Waiving, rebating, or absorbing an insurance deductible is prohibited under Colorado law. Any contractor who offers it is breaking the law and putting your claim at risk. We document the damage and help coordinate your claim; your insurer determines coverage.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured on every job and hold a contractor license (Lic. #20264130). Colorado doesn’t issue a statewide roofing license; roofing contractors are licensed or permitted locally, and the rules vary by city and county. We’re happy to show you our license and proof of insurance on request. Ask any roofer for both before you sign.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every roofing and siding job we install carries our 10-year workmanship warranty.
What roofing and siding materials do you install?
Most of our roofs use GAF shingles, and we also install metal and concrete tile. For siding, we mostly install James Hardie fiber cement, including ColorPlus finishes.
Do you roof new construction?
Yes. We roof new residential builds, from townhome rows to custom homes, with the same manufacturer-spec install we use on every roof.
What happens after I call?
We set up a time to inspect your home. We measure, take photos, and tell you what we found. Depending on the job, you get a quote on the spot or a written estimate shortly after. Once you approve it, we schedule the work and keep you updated until it’s done.
