Clifton Roofing & Storm Restoration

Roofing for Clifton, From Right Next Door
Right Next Door to Our Base
Clifton borders Grand Junction on the east side of the valley, so it’s about as close to our home base as a town gets. Clifton homes get the same Grand Valley weather we do, including summer thunderstorms that can bring hail and strong wind with little warning.
When Your Roof Is Open
A storm that tears shingles loose or opens a hole in the roof can’t wait until morning, and storm response runs around the clock. If water can get in, call (970) 649-6469 and we’ll get a tarp over the open section. Before any repair starts, we photograph the damage, so there’s a record of what the storm did.
Hours
For everything that isn’t an emergency, like a free inspection, a question about your siding, or a new set of gutters, our hours are Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 8 PM; Sunday, 8 AM to 1 PM; 24/7 storm response. Send the form or give us a call, and we respond within 24 hours.
Your Claim, One Step at a Time
Once the damage is documented, we go over the photos with you and help you decide whether filing a claim makes sense. If you file, we walk you through the process, meet your adjuster at your Clifton home, and point out each area we photographed, so nothing legitimate gets missed.
Note: Ingenubuild documents damage and helps coordinate your claim. We do not waive, rebate, or absorb insurance deductibles, which is prohibited under Colorado law. Your insurer determines coverage.
The Permanent Fix
With the work approved, the tarp comes off and the permanent repair or replacement goes on. Everything goes on to the manufacturer’s spec. Synthetic underlayment goes down first, and the ventilation and flashing get checked along the way. The crew cleans up the site, and a final inspection comes before the job is closed out.

Common Questions
Will you meet with my insurance adjuster?
Yes. We document the full scope of storm damage with photos, walk you through filing your claim, and meet your adjuster on site so nothing legitimate gets missed. Your insurer determines coverage.
How much does an inspection cost?
Nothing. You get photos and a detailed damage assessment at no cost and with no pressure to move forward.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Grand Junction and serve the Western Slope, including Fruita, Clifton, Palisade, Montrose, Delta, Rifle, Glade Park, and Meeker, plus the mountain towns of Idaho Springs, Georgetown, and Evergreen. Not sure if you’re in range? Call us at (970) 649-6469.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing through Improvify and Hearth. Ask about your options during your free inspection.
How fast do you respond after a storm?
Within 24 hours. Storm response runs 24/7, so if hail or wind has opened your roof, call and we can get a tarp on it and document the damage for your claim.
Can you waive or cover my insurance deductible?
No. Waiving, rebating, or absorbing an insurance deductible is prohibited under Colorado law. Any contractor who offers it is breaking the law and putting your claim at risk. We document the damage and help coordinate your claim; your insurer determines coverage.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured on every job and hold a contractor license (Lic. #20264130). Colorado doesn’t issue a statewide roofing license; roofing contractors are licensed or permitted locally, and the rules vary by city and county. We’re happy to show you our license and proof of insurance on request. Ask any roofer for both before you sign.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every roofing and siding job we install carries our 10-year workmanship warranty.
What roofing and siding materials do you install?
Most of our roofs use GAF shingles, and we also install metal and concrete tile. For siding, we mostly install James Hardie fiber cement, including ColorPlus finishes.
Do you roof new construction?
Yes. We roof new residential builds, from townhome rows to custom homes, with the same manufacturer-spec install we use on every roof.
What happens after I call?
We set up a time to inspect your home. We measure, take photos, and tell you what we found. Depending on the job, you get a quote on the spot or a written estimate shortly after. Once you approve it, we schedule the work and keep you updated until it’s done.
