Glade Park, CO
Glade Park Roofing & Storm Restoration

Roofing for Glade Park, From Our Grand Junction Base
Above the Valley, on the Monument Side
Up on the high ground southwest of Grand Junction, Glade Park is on the Colorado National Monument side of the valley. It’s close to our home base, but the weather up there doesn’t always match the valley floor. Homes on higher, more open ground can take more wind, and winter can bring more snow than we see in town.
Metal Roofing for Open Country
We install full metal roofs and metal accents, along with GAF architectural shingles and concrete tile. If you’re weighing metal against shingles for a home that takes a lot of wind and snow, we’ll talk through the tradeoffs during the inspection, including cost, look, and what each system needs underneath.
When Cedar Shake Has Failed
Older cedar shake roofs wear out, and a failed shake roof often hides decking problems underneath. When we restore one, the old shake comes off, damaged decking is replaced, and the new roof goes on over a sound surface.
A cedar shake restoration, before and after, is in our project gallery.
Building a New Home Up There?
If you’re building in Glade Park, we also roof new residential construction. We work from your plans or a site visit, take measurements, and install the roof to the manufacturer’s spec, the same standard we hold on a replacement.
Checking In After a Storm
After a hard storm, a free inspection tells you where things stand. We photograph what we find and go over the pictures with you. If the roof is open, storm response runs 24/7, and we can tarp it while you decide what comes next.

Common Questions
Will you meet with my insurance adjuster?
Yes. We document the full scope of storm damage with photos, walk you through filing your claim, and meet your adjuster on site so nothing legitimate gets missed. Your insurer determines coverage.
How much does an inspection cost?
Nothing. You get photos and a detailed damage assessment at no cost and with no pressure to move forward.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Grand Junction and serve the Western Slope, including Fruita, Clifton, Palisade, Montrose, Delta, Rifle, Glade Park, and Meeker, plus the mountain towns of Idaho Springs, Georgetown, and Evergreen. Not sure if you’re in range? Call us at (970) 649-6469.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing through Improvify and Hearth. Ask about your options during your free inspection.
How fast do you respond after a storm?
Within 24 hours. Storm response runs 24/7, so if hail or wind has opened your roof, call and we can get a tarp on it and document the damage for your claim.
Can you waive or cover my insurance deductible?
No. Waiving, rebating, or absorbing an insurance deductible is prohibited under Colorado law. Any contractor who offers it is breaking the law and putting your claim at risk. We document the damage and help coordinate your claim; your insurer determines coverage.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured on every job and hold a contractor license (Lic. #20264130). Colorado doesn’t issue a statewide roofing license; roofing contractors are licensed or permitted locally, and the rules vary by city and county. We’re happy to show you our license and proof of insurance on request. Ask any roofer for both before you sign.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every roofing and siding job we install carries our 10-year workmanship warranty.
What roofing and siding materials do you install?
Most of our roofs use GAF shingles, and we also install metal and concrete tile. For siding, we mostly install James Hardie fiber cement, including ColorPlus finishes.
Do you roof new construction?
Yes. We roof new residential builds, from townhome rows to custom homes, with the same manufacturer-spec install we use on every roof.
What happens after I call?
We set up a time to inspect your home. We measure, take photos, and tell you what we found. Depending on the job, you get a quote on the spot or a written estimate shortly after. Once you approve it, we schedule the work and keep you updated until it’s done.
