Georgetown Roofing & Storm Restoration

Roofing for Georgetown Homes
Higher Up the Mountain Corridor
Farther up I-70 than Idaho Springs, Georgetown is in the mountain stretch of our service area. At this elevation, a roof deals with strong sun, hard wind, and a long snow season. Every job here starts with a free inspection and photos of what we find.
Permit rules are set locally, so ask about the steps for your Georgetown home at your inspection.
Careful Work on Older Homes
Whether your home is a newer build or an older mountain house, a full replacement starts by taking the old roof down to the deck. That’s where we find out what the years have done, like soft spots, rot, or decking that has failed. Bad decking gets replaced before anything new goes on, so the new roof sits on a sound surface.
Cedar Shake, Metal, or Shingle
We restore failed cedar shake roofs, and we install metal roofing and GAF shingles. That range lets us lay out the options for your home side by side and help you pick what fits.
Summer Hail at Altitude
Summer storms can bring hail to Georgetown, too. We photograph the damage during a free inspection, and if you decide to file, we help you through the claim and are there when the adjuster comes out to look at the roof.
Note: Ingenubuild documents damage and helps coordinate your claim. We do not waive, rebate, or absorb insurance deductibles, which is prohibited under Colorado law. Your insurer determines coverage.
Ventilation and the Snow Season
In a long snow season, attic ventilation does a lot of quiet work. A well-vented attic helps keep the roof deck cold, which cuts down on the melting and refreezing that builds ice at the eaves. We check the ventilation on every job and fix it when it comes up short.

Common Questions
Will you meet with my insurance adjuster?
Yes. We document the full scope of storm damage with photos, walk you through filing your claim, and meet your adjuster on site so nothing legitimate gets missed. Your insurer determines coverage.
How much does an inspection cost?
Nothing. You get photos and a detailed damage assessment at no cost and with no pressure to move forward.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Grand Junction and serve the Western Slope, including Fruita, Clifton, Palisade, Montrose, Delta, Rifle, Glade Park, and Meeker, plus the mountain towns of Idaho Springs, Georgetown, and Evergreen. Not sure if you’re in range? Call us at (970) 649-6469.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing through Improvify and Hearth. Ask about your options during your free inspection.
How fast do you respond after a storm?
Within 24 hours. Storm response runs 24/7, so if hail or wind has opened your roof, call and we can get a tarp on it and document the damage for your claim.
Can you waive or cover my insurance deductible?
No. Waiving, rebating, or absorbing an insurance deductible is prohibited under Colorado law. Any contractor who offers it is breaking the law and putting your claim at risk. We document the damage and help coordinate your claim; your insurer determines coverage.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re fully insured on every job and hold a contractor license (Lic. #20264130). Colorado doesn’t issue a statewide roofing license; roofing contractors are licensed or permitted locally, and the rules vary by city and county. We’re happy to show you our license and proof of insurance on request. Ask any roofer for both before you sign.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every roofing and siding job we install carries our 10-year workmanship warranty.
What roofing and siding materials do you install?
Most of our roofs use GAF shingles, and we also install metal and concrete tile. For siding, we mostly install James Hardie fiber cement, including ColorPlus finishes.
Do you roof new construction?
Yes. We roof new residential builds, from townhome rows to custom homes, with the same manufacturer-spec install we use on every roof.
What happens after I call?
We set up a time to inspect your home. We measure, take photos, and tell you what we found. Depending on the job, you get a quote on the spot or a written estimate shortly after. Once you approve it, we schedule the work and keep you updated until it’s done.
